The Senior Associate, Financial Compliance will report to both the Chief of Staff, Finance and the Manager, Compliance. They will lead legal filings, registrations and renewals, and reporting for IDinsight globally. This person will be responsible for IDinsight’s parent entity in the United States, as well as our offices in India, Kenya, Morocco, the Philippines, Senegal, South Africa and Zambia.
This role combines US 501(c)(3) non-profit compliance, corporate secretarial functions, and general knowledge of finance and accounting to ensure IDinsight remains compliant in all countries in which we operate and receive funding.

This position is based in IDinsight’s office in New Delhi, India. Preference will be given to those who do not require IDinsight to sponsor work authorization; however, IDinsight will seek work permits where possible for exceptional candidates.
The start date of this position is immediate, with preference for candidates that can start as soon as possible. We expect a 2-year minimum commitment, with regular professional development conversations and potential for a long-term career at IDinsight.
IDinsight is able to sponsor employment visas; however, we will prioritize candidates who do not require IDinsight to sponsor work authorization.
