The India Operations team is the jet fuel creating and maintaining a uniquely dynamic and high-achieving multi-cultural team at the cutting edge of how evidence is used to improve global development programs. This team is responsible for attracting top talent, playing a critical role in managing end-to-end hiring, creating the best place to thrive at work, managing office operations, and building and improving the systems to allow IDinsight teams to maximize social impact.

You will oversee all aspects of the India Operations and supervise Operations Specialist(s) and Administrative Assistants. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of India Operations, and collaborate with the India Executive Team and the Global Operations Team. As Manager you will:

You will be reporting to the main office of IDinsight based in New Delhi, India, Working out of the office is a necessity to address day-day activities and to connect with employees. However, we offer a hybrid work policy where you can work from home on some days as well. What is important is that we are getting all aspects of the work done. A fully remote or work from home option is not feasible for this role.
You may also be requested, at IDinsight’s discretion, to work from or travel to different IDinsight offices in India or locations abroad. You may also be requested to relocate to or work in any other location where the Company has operations or conducts its business. However, this role does not require regular travel.
The start date of this position is August 2024, with preference for candidates that can start immediately.
For this role, we are only considering candidates who do not require IDinsight to sponsor work authorization in India.
