Impact & Process Improvement (Senior) Associate - Impact Improvement Team
IDinsight is expanding our Impact Improvement Team. The Impact Improvement Team’s goal is to increase our social impact and improve the experience of our client-facing teammates, in alignment with the first pillar of our 5-year strategy. The (senior) associate will support the Internal Learning subteam.
The (s)associate will help IDinsight become a more effective learning organisation. The (s)associate will help IDinsight achieve our strategy and mission in a high-leverage way, by unlocking gains for IDinsighters across the organisation to create more impact with less effort on each project. The (s)associate will help us (1) increase the rate and quality of internal learning across the organisation, (2) improve project operational efficiencies, and (3) improve knowledge management. The (s)associate’s primary clients will be IDinsighters working on project teams across the organisation.

This is a full-time employee position. The role may work out of any IDinsight office (Dakar, Delhi, Nairobi, Manila, Zambia).
The start date of this position is as soon as possible. We expect a one-year minimum commitment, with regular professional development conversations and potential for a long-term career at IDinsight.
IDinsight is able to sponsor employment visas for all nationalities in these locations; however, we will prioritize candidates who do not require IDinsight to sponsor work authorization in the aforementioned countries. All candidates who are not currently located in our country offices listed above will be expected to relocate to their office locations at the onset of their employment.
