Our Global Operations team is the fuel for maintaining a uniquely dynamic and high-achieving multicultural, multi-continental team at the cutting edge of how evidence is used to improve global development programs. Our team is currently looking for a Manager, Operations Analytics to support our Director of Global Operations. This role would be a great fit for someone who thrives working in a fast-paced, high-energy, get-it-done environment, and is excited to contribute to data-driven organizational management and people operations.

Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Global Operations based in Washington, D.C., as well as working with our Global and Regional Operations teams, the Manager, Operations Analytics’ responsibilities will include:

This position can be based in IDinsight’s offices in New Delhi, India; Nairobi, Kenya; Lusaka, Zambia; Dakar, Senegal; or Rabat, Morocco. Preference will be given to those who do not require IDinsight to sponsor work authorization; however, IDInsight will seek work permits where possible for exceptional candidates.
The start date of this position is immediate, with preference for candidates that can start as soon as possible. We expect a 2-year minimum commitment, with regular professional development conversations and potential for a long-term career at IDinsight.
IDinsight is able to sponsor employment visas in some countries; however, we will prioritize candidates who do not require IDinsight to sponsor work authorization. All candidates who are not currently located in our countries listed above will be expected to relocate to their office locations at the onset of their employment.
