Internal Learning Manager
IDinsight is developing a team dedicated to improving internal decision-making and learning within the organisation. This team collects and analyses data to execute our mission and works with internal teams to use that data for decision-making and increase our total impact. The team uses a similar approach we use on client-facing projects, but instead, focuses on improvements within IDinsight. Our goals are:

IDinsight is a mission-driven global advisory, data analytics, and research organization that helps global development leaders maximize their social impact. We tailor a wide range of data and evidence tools, including randomized evaluations and machine learning, to help decision-makers design effective programs and rigorously test what works to support communities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about IDinsight’s data-driven approach to creating social impact and wants to help us apply that approach internally. The manager will possess exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills. The manager will thrive in an entrepreneurial, low or middle-income country setting. The manager will oversee all aspects of our internal learning efforts (with support from the Impact Improvement Director).

This position is based in IDinsight’s Delhi, India office. Placement in Manila, Lusaka, Nairobi, or Dakar will also be considered. Preference will be given to those with pre-existing work authorization in these countries; however, IDInsight will seek work permits where possible for exceptional candidates.
The start date of this position is January 15, 2022, with preference for candidates that can start immediately. We expect a one-year minimum commitment, with regular professional development conversations and potential for a long-term career at IDinsight.
